On November 7th to 12th, 2026, Bauman Moscow State Technical University will hold the 3rd "Space. Time. Civilization. STC-2026" International Scientific Conference, which will focus on studies of space both near-Earth and deep, on investigating large-scale structures of the Universe, and on issues of maintaining geospatial security and ensuring sustainable development of our Civilization.
These conferences primarily aim to promote scientific collaboration in solving natural and anthropogenic problems pertaining to global threats and risks posed to the existence of Civilization.
Similarly to STC-2024, STC-2026 will be held simultaneously in three countries, both online and in-person.
The principal organizers of the forum include:
· Russia: BMSTU, Russian Academy of Sciences, Russian Gravitational Society.
· India: Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
· Egypt: Egyptian Russian University (participation supported by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Egypt).
As part of this year's conference, a meeting of the Diplomatic Club of the Diplomatic Academy (currently of MGIMO University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia) will take place, featuring representatives of foreign missions in Moscow.

The working language of the conference is English, with simultaneous interpretation provided for some sessions. Presentations will be recorded on video and broadcast internationally.
